Energy
LTSCT develops high-power semiconductor solutions for
power management and conversion for solar inverters,
battery energy storage systems and grid infrastructure, where
efficiency, reliability and thermal performance are critical.
Industrial
The industrial portfolio includes various solutions ranging
from power management & charging solutions, to controllers,
surveillance systems & connectivity solutions for factory
automation, HVAC, robotics, smart metering and smart
buildings.
Mobility
LTSCT’s automotive portfolio spans vehicle safety,
connectivity, propulsion & experience, enabling better
compute, connectivity and power performance across various
layers of next-generation mobility.
Data Centre and AI
LTSCT is building capabilities in custom ASICs and xPU
platforms for sovereign AI workloads, complemented by
power delivery solutions such as point-of-load converters and
hot-swap controllers for AI-driven data centre infrastructure.

Automotive compute — IVI systems, Cluster SoCs, ADAS and Vision SoCs for software-defined and autonomous vehicles
Datacentre compute — Custom AI ASICs and xPU platforms for sovereign AI and next-generation data centre workloads
Major Achievements
FY 2025-26 was a pivotal year for LTSCT, marked by its transition from a development-stage organisation to a commercially active semiconductor company with a growing market presence.
During the year, LTSCT achieved several important milestones that underscored this transition and strengthened its commercial and operational positioning, including the following:
- Launched Communication Modules SAC20 and LCC40, designed for two-wheeler automotive applications and industrial use cases such as smart meters and POS systems, respectively
- Rolled out Power Module solutions for industrial applications, specifically around HVAC and robotics
- Introduced USB-C Power Delivery Solution for chargers for the commercial market
- First commercial product shipments were made by the delivery of power modules to a leading Japanese customer
- Acquisition of Fujitsu’s power module technology, adding qualified products and advanced packaging expertise, significantly reducing time to market for high-power applications
- Strategic Agreement for
- Indigenous Camera System-on-Chip (SoC) programme with a leading domestic industry player
- SiC-based power module solution for a renewable energy company
Outlook
LTSCT pursues an application-led growth strategy powered by strong engineering capabilities, energy efficient solutions and an execution-focused technology roadmap. The company leverages mature semiconductor nodes for faster commercialisation while driving IP-led growth through partnerships, acquisitions and customer co-development for the advanced nodes.
Supported by a diversified global supply chain, investments in AI-enabled design and EDA automation, and a strong governance and cybersecurity framework, LTSCT is well-positioned for sustainable growth.
The company is entering FY 2026–27 with strong operational momentum, a defined product roadmap and expanding global customer reach. LTSCT remains focused on becoming India’s premier fabless semiconductor company and a significant player in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
Technology Initiatives and Collaborations
Reinforcing its position as a key contributor to India’s semiconductor and digital infrastructure ambitions, LTSCT advanced multiple strategic collaborations during the year.
- LTSCT was awarded a Unique Manufacturer ID (UID) by BIS, enabling trusted, identity-linked solutions for critical applications
- Formed a co-development partnership with HYS for SiC wafers reinforcing LTSCT’s position in high-power semiconductor technologies
- Collaboration agreement with Andes Technology for the deployment of RISC-V processor platforms, marking a key step towards building in-house compute capabilities and IP ownership
- imec Automotive Chiplet Programme partnership to accelerate chiplet adoption for high-performance, safety- critical automotive compute
- MoU with IISc for National 2D Innovation Hub for advancing materials research and semiconductor innovation
- Signed MoU with BharatGen and Larsen & Toubro Vyoma for co-development of India’s first end-to-end Sovereign AI Compute Platform
