L&T EduTech offers comprehensive Assessment Solutions tailored to the unique needs of corporates, academic institutions and the government sector. For corporates, the platform supports recruitment, internal promotions and employee performance evaluations with scalable, secure, and customisable tools. In academia, L&T EduTech enables institutions to conduct entrance exams, semester assessments, and certification tests through a secure online platform featuring AI-powered proctoring, biometric verification, and detailed analytics. For government organisations, the solution facilitates large-scale recruitment exams and periodic employee assessments, ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

New Orders

During the year, L&T EduTech secured significant domestic engagements across academia and industry. Key academic collaborations included Christ University, the Department of Employment & Training (Tamil Nadu), Vellore Institute of Technology, GMR Institute of Technology, and Shree Ram Swaroop University, along with partnerships with more than 50 additional colleges and institutions.

On the enterprise front, the company partnered with leading companies, including Amara Raja, Daimler Truck, Maruti Suzuki, Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, JSW Group, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, and Greenko, among others.

Special Initiatives

Additionally, the company’s Electric Vehicle (EV) Lab supports immersive, hands-on training by enabling learners to work directly with EV powertrains, battery management systems, and diagnostic tools, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application.
