• Setting a new monthly benchmark by achieving 100.38 million LTI-free safe manhours (peak) in the month of Jan-25.
• Attaining an LTI frequency rate of 0.039, significantly lower than the industry average of 0.15 (IOGP value for 2023).
• Launching the Digital Initiative ‘HSE Proact’ –a common online QHSE platform to access QHSE Information - Dashboard, Statistics, Policies, Procedures.
• Introducing semi-automated Cold Wire Feeding (CWF) GTAW welding and risk profiling to establish risk-based inspections.
• Initiating a Non-Conformity Report (NCR) Portal and adopting AI & ML for MTC reviews.
• Establishing an HSE Knowledge Hub/HSE Park for Domestic and International projects to emphasize the importance of HSE controls at the workplace.
• Successful accomplishment of the 3rd edition of ‘Learn, Un-learn and Re-learn & Best EHS practices’ programme for encouraging lateral learning and emphasis on corrective action.
• As part of its pursuit of HSE excellence, organizing the Empowering the Frontline & Safety Leadership workshop for proactive safety.
• Imparting BBS sessions/drive through BBS experts to focus on addressing the antecedents for At-Risk Behaviors at site for a sustainable Safety Culture.
• Successfully conducting the annual QHSE contest, ‘Top 10 GSR Campaign Awards 2024’ and ‘Best Organized Quality Campaign Award 2024’ for encouraging Strategic Business Units to conduct unique campaigns to promote awareness about Golden Safety Rules and World Quality Month.
• Various theme-based safety campaigns initiated across LTEH, focusing on gas cylinder safety, work at height (‘Unchai’), Wellness, Road safety, National Safety Week, Heat Stress Management, Golden Safety Rules and Health & Hygiene.
• LTEH has been certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for implementation Management of Information Security.
